What is your return policy?

We have a 30 day return policy from the time your shoes are delivered. Shoes must be in the same condition that you received them, unworn or unused, with hang tag attached, and in their original, undamaged packaging. If your item does not meet these criteria, you will be denied a return/exchange. All returns and exchanges on orders not enrolled in free returns through Redo when purchased, will be charged for the return label along with a $3 restocking fee. How do I make a return or exchange?

You can make a return or exchange by visiting our return portal here. Once submitted, please allow 24-48 hours for your order to be approved and a shipping label emailed to you. Please do not use your own return label. Also, please ship your shoes back in their original shoe box, placed inside a standard shipping box.

Do your shoes come in wide?

Our shoes were made with a wider than average toe box to account for swelling during long hours on your feet. So although they are not listed as “wide”, they work perfect for people with wider feet.

Do your shoes run small, big, or true to size?

Our shoes run pretty true to size or just slightly smaller than the industry standard. So, if you tend to go between sizes, definitely choose to go a half size up.

Do you offer a student or military discount?

We offer a student and military discount through SheerID verification. To check eligibility, go to the pair of shoes you would like to purchase and click the student or military discount link located under the “add to cart” button.
